Who are we?
Pt. Dream Estate company manages the resort villa complex where different owners have built their holiday home. These villas are part of the small scale resort named "Dream Estate resort" which is located in the area north of Senggigi at the Dusun (small rural village) Krandangan often also called the Mangsit area. The resort is gated and there is a shared main 12m * 5m chlorinated pool. Daily housekeeping and a gallon with dispenser with hot and cold mineral water are included in the costs and the villa manager will take care of any requests.
What kind of villas are for rent or to lodge?
In general there are 9 villas with each 2 bedrooms with airconditioning. Each villa has 1 shared bathroom. The villa types are from 1 bedroom detached villa "the Studio". The populair standard 2 bedroom detached bungalow type "Krandangan" and the 2 bedroom with ensuite bathrooms spacious villa "Tujuh" supports you with extra aircons and views. All people from these villas can use the shared chlorinated main pool 12m * 5m placed on the same property. At last three 2 bedroom detached private villa types with own pool 6m * 4m on own property. The villa styles are modern, clean and complete all with a spacious terrace.

What services do we provide?
Besides the free services like free parking, free WIFI, free mineral water and free daily cleaning of the villas plus twice a week bedlinnen change, our manager is able to arrange a host of services. Like car or motorbike rental, tours, diving, dinner at the villa, birthday surprises and other holiday packages, Airport transfer, catering services and parties. Or just ask her to order a taxi nothing is too much for our manager.
